Scope, Consent and Safety
This page exists because you should be able to read the boundaries of this work before you pay for it, rather than discover them afterward. Nothing here is a legal formality. It is how sessions and gatherings are actually run.

What this work is
Love of One offers intuitive, spiritual and energetic experiences: private sessions and one small group container. Depending on what is present, a session may involve intuitive guidance, light language and sound, energetic clearing, meditation, breath and nervous-system practices, ancestral themes, emotional processing or elemental work.
The purpose is presence, remembrance and integration — being witnessed accurately, and finding what to do with that in ordinary life.
What this work is not
It is not, and is not presented as:
- medical treatment or diagnosis
- psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment
- crisis intervention
- a replacement for professional healthcare of any kind
Nothing offered here treats, cures or relieves any condition, and no outcome of that kind is claimed. You remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when you need it, and for continuing any care you are already under. If a session surfaces something that belongs with a clinician, I will say so plainly. If I think another practitioner is a better fit for you than I am — including one who is not in this field at all — I will say that too.
Consent and sovereignty
You stay in choice
You are awake, aware and able to stop at any point. Nothing requires a trance, an altered state, or handing anything over. "I don't want to do that" is a complete sentence and needs no explanation.
Nothing is done to you without asking
Energetic or spiritual work is not performed on anyone without their explicit consent. That applies to me, and in the group container it applies between participants.
Your interpretation is yours
I do not tell you what your experience means. If something arrives that I can describe, I describe it and hand it to you. What it means is your call, and you are allowed to disagree with me about it.
Group agreements
These govern Return to Oneness and are agreed by everyone before the first gathering.
- Confidentiality. Participant identities, stories and experiences stay inside the circle. Not repeated, not posted, not used as material.
- Consent. No participant does energetic or spiritual work on another without explicit permission.
- No diagnosis. Participants do not diagnose each other, medically, psychologically or spiritually.
- No unsolicited interpretation. Nobody tells anyone else what their experience means. Witnessing precedes interpretation, and often replaces it.
- Sovereignty. Each person determines their own reading of their own spiritual experience. Differing beliefs coexist in the circle; oneness is not sameness.
- Permission to pass. Participation never requires disclosure. You can be present without speaking, and that counts as being there.
- No spiritual hierarchy. Intense, visionary, emotional, quiet, subtle and uneventful experiences are not ranked against one another. Nobody is doing it better.
What is guaranteed and what is not
In the group container, a collective clearing and an activation are guaranteed components of every gathering — they are part of the format and they will happen. What moves through them is not scripted, and no specific experience, outcome, insight or sensation is promised to any individual. In private sessions the same distinction holds: the hour, the attention and the practice are what you are buying.
Some people feel a great deal. Some feel very little. Some feel nothing during a session and something two days later. None of those is a verdict on you.
Recordings, privacy and your material
Private sessions can be recorded, and the recording is yours. What you bring stays private. Nothing you say is used as marketing, and no testimonial is ever published without being volunteered.
Age and eligibility
This work is for adults. If you are in acute crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or in an unstable psychiatric episode, this is not the right container and I will not take the booking — please contact a crisis service or your own clinician.
Questions this raises
Can I do this alongside therapy or medical treatment?
Yes, and many people do. It does not replace either, and you should not stop anything you are under care for. If you want to tell your therapist or doctor what you are doing, that is a good instinct.
What if I want to stop mid-session?
Then we stop. You do not need a reason and you will not be talked out of it.
Do you diagnose or read health conditions?
No. I do not diagnose, and I do not make claims about physical or mental health conditions. If something in a session points toward a medical question, the appropriate next step is a clinician, not another session.
Is the group container a substitute for plant medicine?
No, and it is not positioned as one. This work explores what can emerge through presence, practice, sound, silence, energetic work and collective witnessing without a psychoactive substance involved. That is its own category, not a comparison. If you are integrating a plant medicine experience, integration support is a legitimate reason to come — that is different from claiming equivalent effects.
Who can see what I share in the group?
The seven other participants and me. Confidentiality is an agreement everyone signs up to before the first gathering, and breaking it is grounds for leaving the circle.
