Full Moon in Taurus: Free Meditation and Activation with Sophia

Something new
I have worked with the energy of Sophia, the Divine Mother of All That Is, for years. Since 2012 my physical body has been slowly preparing to hold her very high vibration, and recently she has begun coming through me directly, in trance. This full moon is the first time I am offering that publicly. It is my first open session working together with her in this way, and I wanted it to be free so that anyone who feels called can come.
What this is
Join me live under the full moon in Taurus for an evening of breath, sound and light language. Taurus is my own sign, and this full moon felt like the right moment to begin.
We will start by slowing down together, then move into sound and light language, held from the heart. Then Sophia will come through me with an activation for everyone present. We close by bringing you gently back into your body.
What you need
- A quiet place where you can sit or lie down undisturbed.
- Headphones, if you have them.
- Nothing else. You don’t need to prepare, and you don’t need to understand light language for it to reach you. Your camera can stay off.

About light language
Light language is channeled sound, tone and geometry. It has no grammar and no dictionary, and it isn’t translated word for word. Most people find it lands best when they stop trying to decode it and listen from the chest instead of the head. Some feel warmth or tingling, some feel emotional, some feel a deep quiet, and some feel nothing at all. All of that is welcome. You can read more on the Light Language page.
